ABOUT ME

As the founder and principal owner of Weight Room LLC, Weight Room and Wooley WolfPack, Coach Rome, has over 15 years of training experience accompanied by having trained hundreds of people in that time frame. Coach Rome has a B.S. in Sport Management from Kennesaw State University and a M.A.T. Health and Physical Education from Columbus State University. Moreover, he has attained Tier I Educational Leadership Certification from the University of West Georgia. He has extensive knowledge in the health and wellness industry and has a high percentage of clients who have reached and exceeded their individual fitness goals.

Out of high school, Coach Rome was drafted by the Philadelphia Phillies in the summer 2004 MLB Draft. He has in-depth knowledge of competing and coaching at a national level. Coach Rome was also a collegiate All-American in the sport of baseball.

 

Furthermore, Coach Rome is also a certified P-12 Health & Physical Education Teacher and has taught in the school system for over 17 years. In addition to teaching, he has in-depth experience with coaching high school baseball, softball, and elementary school track.

 

He has coached 2 National Championship Baseball Teams within the Perfect Game Baseball Tournaments:

*2015 17U BCS Finals Champions 

*2015 17U WWBA Qualifier Champions

In addition, he has coached elementary school track. His team won the Gold Medal - 1st Place (boys division) in the DeKalb County Championships in elementary school track (2025).

 

The robust catalog of workouts created and strategically structured by Coach Rome are developmentally appropriate and suitable for people of varying fitness levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced) . He has expertise training individuals ranging from 4 yrs of age - 80 years +. 

 

Weight Room offers in-person personal training, virtual personal training, small group training, large group training, custom individual workout plans and custom individual meal plans.
